Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the culinary team during service. Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation. Assist in menu development and execution, with a focus on Asian fusion and sushi. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards. Solve problems quickly and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef. Background in Asian fusion or sushi preparation is highly preferred. New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience strongly desired. Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
