Under the supervision of the Transportation Coordinator, the Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of Healthy Aging and Wellness Program participants. This includes transporting participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy items, and other necessary transportation. The Driver is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the assigned vehicle daily and communicating any safety issues to the Transportation Coordinator. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year experience working with the frail and elderly population (preferred). Willingness to train if not met. Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a driving competency test Medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date with immunizations Active CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain within 1 month of hire Additional Information
