Job Description:
H&E Rentals is seeking a Rental Equipment Inspector responsible for inspecting various heavy equipment product lines. Duties include initial inspections, completing equipment condition reports, damage inspections, performing basic maintenance tasks, and testing safety and operational capabilities of rental equipment.
Job Qualifications:
Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and basic repair of aerial, earthmoving, and general equipment
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Safety-conscious attitude
Assist with loading/unloading equipment from trailers
Professional attitude
Ability to work independently
Mechanical or equipment operation experience is a plus
Willingness to assist in other shop and yard areas
High school diploma or equivalent
