Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs. Rental Coordination: Assist fellow sales representatives in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions. Contract Management: Open and close rental contracts in adherence to company policies and customer requirements. Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service. Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Inside Sales Representative Preferred Qualifications
Service Excellence: Exceptional talent for providing superior customer service and support. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with effective listening skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software applications. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a people-oriented approach and strong administrative skills.
