Immediate positions available to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. At ABS Kids we focus on the wow moments our clients experience each day. Teach kids while playing, following a treatment plan specific to each child Observe, play and collect data to write progress notes Help kids learn essential life skills such as motor, social and emotional skills Work on goals that shape challenging behaviors into communication skills Make a difference in a child’s life Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire Paid prior experience with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) preferred Energetic, playful, creative, able to think on your feet Dependable and reliable for clients and families Ability to move up and down off floor and move quickly Tech savviness and comfort with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 Desire to learn, work independently, and provide quality care Interested in evidence-based methods grounded in science Who We Are
