Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale casual dining concept Strong financial acumen, including cost controls and budget management Proven ability to hire, onboard, and develop new team members Excellent people management skills with a track record of achieving results Professional references verifying leadership and management ability Preferred Background & Skills

New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience strongly preferred but not required Ability to build strong collaboration with BOH leadership Excellent guest-facing demeanor and polished communication skills Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences About the Role
