Sodexo – Quality of Life Services is seeking a talented and driven Catering Manager to join our Corporate Services team in Georgetown, Kentucky. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic and tactical aspects of event execution to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our clients. As Catering Manager, you will oversee all aspects of catering operations within a sophisticated corporate setting — from high-volume casual luncheons to elegant executive dinners. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in culinary offerings and service delivery. Relocation benefits may be available. This role is part of SodexoMagic, the joint venture between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., delivering creative solutions to clients with our local partners. What You'll Do

Lead the execution of upscale events: manage all day-to-day catering activities, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation in every event, from boardroom luncheons to high-end receptions. Client-focused service excellence: serve as the primary liaison for clients, anticipating needs and delivering customized, client-centric catering solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally: work with the Executive Chef, kitchen staff, and service teams to align culinary and service excellence with client objectives. Drive catering sales growth: develop and implement strategies to grow catering sales, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Operational leadership: oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees; ensure compliance with Sodexo policies and food safety standards. Event planning & execution: manage logistics from start to finish, including menu development, event setup, décor coordination, and post-event evaluation. Problem-solving & adaptability: demonstrate quick decision-making and agility to resolve challenges and adapt to changing priorities. What We Offer

Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team In-depth understanding of event logistics and catering delivery standards Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Ability to multitask and maintain poise in fast-paced environments Proficiency in catering software, sales tracking, and performance analysis tools Who We Are
