Key Responsibilities
Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to maintain guest service and food quality standards.
Manage operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with management software (Aloha/Toast) to track sales, inventory, and labor.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality role.
Proficiency with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
Strong math and reporting skills.
Excellent customer‑service orientation.
Effective communication and team‑management abilities.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
