About The Role As a Retirement Specialist in Training, you will engage clients to provide guidance and education on their investment plans, meeting individuals where they are in their financial journey. No prior financial services experience is required; we seek motivated individuals with a drive to grow professionally.

Responsibilities
Assist 401k/403b participants with investment, insurance, and retirement planning
Handle client issues and follow through on commitments
Enhance client loyalty through excellent service
Collaborate within a team environment
Identify financial planning opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years relevant experience
Ability to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66, and State licenses within 120 days
Strong communication and relationship skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork and system development abilities
Work Location Houston, TX, with a hybrid work policy.
