About The Role As a Retirement Specialist in Training, you will be provided with a development path with unlimited potential from day one. You will engage clients conversationally to provide guidance and education on their investment plans, meeting individuals where they are—whether starting out, building a family, or planning for retirement. No prior financial services experience is required; we seek individuals with drive, a desire to succeed, and an interest in financial services.

Responsibilities

Engage 401k / 403b participants to educate them on investment, insurance, and retirement strategies

Take ownership of client issues, assist with account needs, and follow through on commitments

Enhance client loyalty through excellent service and anticipating needs

Collaborate successfully within a team environment

Identify financial planning opportunities regularly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years relevant industry experience

Ability to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66, and State Variable Life & Health licenses within 120 days (training provided)

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to develop systems and efficiencies to serve clients

Teamwork skills
