Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey. Interpret OEM power and control circuit designs. Possess deep knowledge of our portfolio of electrical products and solutions. Develop pre‑training materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs. Facilitate in‑person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth. Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content. Travel up to 50% across North America. Work independently from any location (remote work model). Qualifications
Associate’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Deep knowledge of electrical systems, panel schedules, and OEM circuit design. 3+ years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self‑sufficiency and motivation – you take initiative and own your outcomes. Benefits Summary
