Position Summary Join ABB’s Electrification team as a
Technical Trainer
and become the driving force behind empowering customers and partners with the knowledge they need to succeed. Lead hands‑on, high‑impact training sessions that demystify electrical panel schedule take‑offs, OEM power and control circuits, and ABB’s cutting‑edge electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey.
Interpret OEM power and control circuit design.
Maintain deep knowledge of ABB’s portfolio of electrical products and solutions.
Pre‑training
– Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs.
Training delivery
– Facilitate in‑person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth.
Post‑training
– Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content.
Job Qualifications
Associate degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, panel schedules, and OEM circuit design.
3+ years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self‑sufficiency and motivation – take initiative and own outcomes.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
Ability to work independently from any location.
