Account Manager Outside Sales We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have the ability to generate new business leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

Present and sell company products to new and existing customers

Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business

Effectively demonstrate product line

Prospect and contact potential customers

Service existing clients

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Meet established goals for territory development and sales numbers

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success

Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Prior sales experience in the commercial construction industry is required

Focus on the concrete industry, with existing relationships built with commercial contractors that candidates can bring to the table
