Overview The Select Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to external clients through the day‑to‑day account management of an assigned group of accounts that have moderately complex needs. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, client growth, enhancing AJG’s value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. As a Client Service Manager, you will successfully and profitably manage an assigned group of accounts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high quality and timely manner.

Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.

Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with day‑to‑day client representatives.

Guide your team members in addressing a client’s risk management needs through consultative conversations.

Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.

Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within the Gallagher system.

Use Gallagher’s technology to improve productivity and quality.

About You

Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience – OR – High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.

P&C Producer’s License.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.

Solid financial acumen.

Skills for Success

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
