Schedule: M-F; Onsite Our client manufactures hi-tech products and is an industry leader in their niche. They are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Rep with a strong desire to learn and grow into an outside Business Development role in the future. This role involves components of Sales and Customer Service. Location: Laurens, SC Pay: $70-80K Schedule: M-F; Onsite Responsibilities include: Serving as the primary contact for selling to accounts in the assigned region Identifying and targeting leads and new opportunities within the region Partnering with outside Business Development to provide exceptional customer service Handling customer issues to resolution Collaborating with Engineering and Operations to meet customer requirements Maintaining organized customer files Logging leads and documenting outreach in the CRM Tracking customer performance metrics and reporting to management Assisting Accounting with collections issues Generating and distributing price quotes Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy Coordinating with production planning on lead times and delivery dates Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; a technical degree (e.g., Engineering) preferred 2+ years of experience Willingness to perform Sales and Customer Service functions Exceptional presentation and communication skills, as the role interfaces with customers and internal departments Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, life, and vision insurance Annual bonus based on sales growth Participation in quarterly incentive plans Career path to outside Business Development Manager role Apply now!
