Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative with a strong understanding of mechanical products and a passion for building customer relationships. This role combines technical knowledge with sales strategy to drive business growth and deliver excellent customer support.

Job Duties

Utilize technical expertise to understand product capabilities and customer needs.

Research and manage sales leads from directories, web searches, trade shows, and other channels.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying pain points and offering tailored solutions and product recommendations.

Manage new and existing accounts and distributors, taking full ownership after initial sales.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer service teams to prepare quotes and identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.

Lead engaging product presentations, including virtual "lunch & learns" and product rollouts, to educate customers and increase account activity.

Provide responsive support to accounts managed by the outside sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Validate online orders, clarify customer inquiries, and assist with online product questions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
