We’re expanding our Crane & Rigging Division in Orlando, and we’re looking for a proven sales performer to take the lead. With deep operational support, a strong legacy from our Atlanta headquarters, and a high-visibility role in a lean local team, this is a rare opportunity to drive $2M–$4M+ in revenue with full ownership of your market. Drive crane and rigging sales throughout Orlando and Central Florida. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and quoting to proposal delivery and operational handoff. Generate and grow a book of business, aiming for $2M–$4M in annual revenue. Create estimates using standard rate books and conduct client walkthroughs of proposals. Partner with dispatch and operations for seamless project execution. Leverage existing contacts and conduct immediate outreach to generate short-term wins. Qualifications
3–5+ years of crane & rigging sales experience with a proven performance track record. Strong understanding of crane, rigging, and mechanical project logistics. No active non-compete restrictions. Self-starter with a proactive, high-energy work ethic. Experience with structural steel, precast, or mechanical contractors is a plus. CRM or quoting software proficiency is a bonus. Compensation: $80K–$100K (Based on Experience) + Bonus Monthly commission pay-outs + elite annual incentives Car allowance + gas card + benefits package included Application
