What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage and grow relationships with card acquirers, processors, and financial institutions - Lead client interactions, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills - Collaborate across teams, including finance, legal, and product development, to support partner needs - Enhance partner interaction processes and ensure optimal fulfillment of financial obligations - Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the partner network
What is Required (Qualifications): - Proven experience in managing partnerships with card acquirers, processors, or card scheme partners - Strong knowledge of bank card systems, including authorization flows, chargebacks, settlement, and reconciliation - Understanding of PCI DSS, 3D Secure, tokenization, and payment security standards - Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (oral and written) - Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience at an organization with an entrepreneurial mindset - Proficiency in Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and Google Workspace
