Direct Sales – Xplor Pay (100% commission-based, residual income) What You’ll Do

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Compensation

Commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Health benefits, 401K match, and related details are included in the package. Qualifications

Required qualifications for this role include: Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Alignment with our four core values and being a good human Location: Fully remote in this position with eligible working rights; able to be in the field of your team region About Xplor and Values
