We are looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and the potential for limited, uncapped earnings. You will be in control of your time and income as part of a high-energy payment solutions sales team. We are unified by our purpose of helping people to succeed and to strengthen relationships with Xplor products. What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get
Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually Residual income paid monthly on active accounts Flexible schedule – be your own boss Sales training and mentorship provided Activation bonuses paid weekly and residuals paid monthly Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference W2 status, health benefits and 401K You Are
A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Qualifications
Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality Align with our four core values and be a good human Location: Remote in this position, with eligible working rights, and ability to be in the field of your team region Additional Information
