We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Live Stream Sales Specialist to represent our client’s shapewear brand during live-streaming sessions, showcasing and selling products directly to online audiences. In this role, you will be the face of our client's brand, demonstrating product features, answering questions in real-time, and driving customer engagement to boost sales. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in front of the camera, has a passion for selling, and enjoys connecting with audiences.
Responsibilities
Host live-streaming sessions to showcase and sell products on e-commerce platforms.
Present product features, benefits, and demonstrations in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Interact with the live audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community during streams.
Create an energetic and entertaining environment that attracts and retains viewers.
Meet sales goals and track performance metrics for each live-streaming session.
Ensure high-quality live streams by setting up appropriate lighting, camera angles, and audio before sessions.
Stay informed about the latest trends in live streaming and e-commerce to continuously improve performance.
Occasionally assist with content creation, planning, and promotional strategies for upcoming live streams.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live-streaming schedules.
Able to effectively communicate and report to crossfunctional teams.
Job Qualifications
Sales and experience preferred: Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly advantageous.
Spanish-speaking is a plus: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to connect with diverse audiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with viewers.
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a natural ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
Ability to multitask and handle real-time interactions while demonstrating products effectively.
Basic knowledge of live-streaming platforms and social media tools is a plus.
Must be proactive, creative, and adaptable to changing scenarios during live broadcasts.
Reliable, with a professional attitude and strong time management skills.
Commission: Additional commission on sales achieved during live-streaming sessions.
