Bath & Body Works is hiring for the Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Palouse Mall. This role offers daily or weekly pay, a great part-time schedule, a 40% discount, free product, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and engaging stores.
Overview Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday and help spread the cheer. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works—understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
Physical requirements: constant activity including standing, walking, reaching, lifting; ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Adhere to safety standards to provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience for customers and colleagues.
Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
