(Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence). DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative who will sell Electronic Security Equipment in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. As a Security Integrator, the company offers the following general product categories: Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Parking Revenue Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. Responsibilities

Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily Other duties as assigned Job Requirements

Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not required Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security Must possess valid driver’s license Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals Maintain and update CRM daily Bachelor’s degree highly preferred Other duties as assigned Benefits
