Outside Commercial Sales Representative - Integrated Security Systems
Olathe, Kansas DH Pace Company is seeking skilled and experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representatives to join our Security Systems Integration team in the Olathe, KS office. The successful candidate will be self-directed and experienced in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing commercial relationships by selling services and installation solutions that include Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Parking Control & Revenue, Alarm Monitoring Services as well as Service Programs and other solutions. Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop strategic security solutions that win them over. Hunt new business: Identify and qualify leads, generate fresh opportunities, and convert competitor accounts into loyal DH Pace customers. Master the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, orchestrate a winning sales plan, and demonstrate expertise at every stage. Design solutions that impress: Translate client needs into effective estimates and proposals, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations. Collaborate and communicate: Work with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear communication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not required. All applicants must possess a valid driver’s license. Requirements / Essential Duties
