Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing assigned client relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with the annual Sales Plan. You\'ll play a key role in prospecting, shaping proposals, managing renewals, and supporting the successful delivery of services.
Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Client Management: Deploy the annual Sales Plan across assigned clients
Sales Execution & Client Management: Manage prospecting, lead nurturing, and opportunity definition
Sales Execution & Client Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders and purchasing departments
Sales Execution & Client Management: Oversee RFI / RFQ processes, service renewals, and contract / PO management
Sales Execution & Client Management: Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) on multi-market proposals
Sales Execution & Client Management: Submit global pricing quotes for internal approval
Business Performance & Delivery Support: Support the Delivery team in business reviews and performance check-ins
Business Performance & Delivery Support: Participate in industry events to strengthen client relationships
Business Performance & Delivery Support: Assist with customer satisfaction and escalation handling
Business Performance & Delivery Support: Identify and help mitigate operational constraints and risks
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
CRM & Reporting: Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with local Sales objectives
CRM & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Qualifications
Experience with Automotive OEM Account Management is required
Proven experience in sales or account management in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and sales pipeline development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and departments
Must live within 20 miles of Torrence, Irvine, and / or Fountain Valley, California
Additional Information The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125k base and sales incentive.
