Agicap . Agicap is expanding in North America with an Austin, Texas office. We already have 100+ customers in North America and a validated product-market fit. Our ambition is to create a Hub in Austin with 100+ people over the next couple of years. Agicap helps CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies manage and forecast cash flow, pay suppliers, and get paid. Our goal is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide. We are always looking for great talent to join our ambitious adventure.
Responsibilities
Close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct discovery calls, evaluations and product demonstrations to showcase Agicap’s offerings
Define and implement a sales development strategy with your SDRs
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends
Regularly monitor and analyze performance with Management to identify areas for improvement
Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to improve processes and the product
Share commercial expertise and ideas to enhance the team’s performance
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably SaaS and mid-market, with some experience in finance/audit/consulting
A passion for sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
A tenacious, resilient salesperson who is driven by results
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent verbal communication, and high intellectual curiosity
A team spirit and a desire to share knowledge to help colleagues grow
