We are seeking a qualified candidate for a remote role. The Regional Sales Manager, Commercial Biometric is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing all phases of the sales cycle - prospecting, contacting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals - primarily within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in these industries, demonstrate a hunter sales mindset with a track record of revenue growth, and have previous experience in biometric and facial recognition industries (highly advantageous).

Responsibilities

Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth in the commercial biometric sector, including facial recognition and other authentication modalities.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging prior sales experience; healthcare industry background strongly preferred; hospitality experience a plus.

Presenting and demonstrating biometric and other authentication solutions to potential clients, highlighting value tailored to their needs.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding requirements and delivering solutions to meet identity and verification needs.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Developing strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to enhance offerings and market reach.

Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Your Experience and Background

Bachelor's degree in business or technical field; equivalent education plus relevant work experience may be considered.

5 years of sales experience with revenue targets and strategic growth goals.

At least 3 years' experience selling biometric products and facial recognition technologies, particularly to healthcare or hospitality customers.

Proficiency with CRM systems to manage and forecast opportunities.

Proven success as an individual contributor with a hunter mindset and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Strong technical aptitude to convey and comprehend technical concepts.

5+ years of direct, face-to-face customer selling experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Willingness to travel as needed; travel up to 50%, including international; valid passport required or ability to obtain one.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to present to management and public groups.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with sales analytics tools.

Compliance with HID Global policies related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors, including skill sets, experience, and location. The base salary in the United States is $110,000 to $120,000. The OTE is up to $200,000.
