Job Overview
We're conducting a confidential search for a Senior Account Manager to join a growing specialty chemical distribution firm. This role is focused on post-production refinery water treatment and process chemicals. The right candidate will expand an established territory, strengthen key refinery accounts, and develop new business in the Gulf Coast region. You’ll work with refineries and petrochemical plants selling chemicals that remove brine and salt, demulsify and prevent the formation of scale and corrosion. This is a high-visibility growth role for a professional seller who thrives on autonomy, has experience serving refineries, and can drive new customer acquisition. Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in the customers' success Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts Qualifications
Previous experience in selling industrial chemicals to refineries or chemical manufacturing facilities is a must-have Proven sales hunter with heavy industry experience Willingness and ability to travel, especially to existing accounts on the West Coast Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $131,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Commission Benefits may include medical insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k)
