Industrial Account Manager – Gulf Coast Region (Sulphur, LA | Lake Charles | Cameron | Hackberry)

An established industrial services provider is seeking a motivated and confident
Industrial Account Manager
to support business development across the Gulf Coast region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in both field and corporate settings, building relationships, and driving growth in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, and power generation environments. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with contractors, EPCs, and owners in the region. Identify and pursue new maintenance, turnaround, and capital project opportunities. Read scopes of work, interpret bid packages (RFQs), and recognize add-on service potential. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution. Maintain organized opportunity tracking and forecasting through CRM tools (Salesforce or similar). Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Hungry, self-motivated, and persistent in developing opportunities. Organized and disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management. Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Enjoys time on job sites and connecting with field personnel. Preferred Background
Experience with refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG, or power generation sites. Understanding of maintenance, turnaround, and capital project cycles. Familiarity with industrial services such as scaffolding, insulation, coatings, rope access, or related trades. Existing network within Gulf Coast industrial markets is a plus. Location
Based in
Sulphur, Louisiana , with travel across
Lake Charles, Cameron, and Hackberry
