At Deel, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within our target customer segments. You will collaborate with the broader sales team, conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads, and qualify leads by learning about their onboarding approach. Responsibilities
Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads that become opportunities and closed business. Learn from the experienced sales team and contribute to building out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. Educate and develop leads through inbound/outbound prospecting via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns. Understand lead generation processes, support marketing activities, manage prospect touch-points, and hand off to an Account Executive. Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set. Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, results-driven, eager to learn Ability to work autonomously and source solutions Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset, growth-oriented Strong written communication for email copy and sequence campaigns Adaptable to fast-paced environments Active relationship builder, able to collaborate with internal and external teams Experience in HR or fintech is preferred; startup and remote team experience preferred Native/fluent in English and Dutch Total Rewards
