Green Bay, Appleton, Fond du Lac, WI
territory in this community-based opportunity. Starting salary is
$75,000
per year, with earning potential reaching a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. *Must reside within 30 miles of Green Bay, Appleton, Fond du Lac, WI* Note:
New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Grand Canyon Education offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% tuition-free education for employees through the Master's degree program and 75% coverage at the Doctorate degree level. With 3+ years of experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management, you excel at communication and coaching. You enjoy helping non-traditional students succeed through quality education and are excited to use your skills to guide students from application to their first classes. Here’s how you’ll make an impact as an Account Executive: Strategy and execution:
Identify and implement event and activity plans for your territory, promote our online programs, and build high-impact partnerships through presentations, calls, and emails. Partner and influence:
Use your passion and communication skills to counsel prospective students, their families, and partners via in-person, phone, or email interactions, championing GCE’s mission. Heart and Hustle:
This remote role requires self-motivation and critical thinking to support students through the admissions process and guide them towards successful online learning experiences. The role might be right for you if you have: A Bachelor’s degree (preferred):
No delinquent or defaulted federal student loans, verified via credit report. If in rehabilitation, your payments must be current. Outstanding time management skills:
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, including travel. Clear communication skills:
Proficiency in explaining concepts and active listening in person, written, and verbal communication. Self-motivation and drive:
Willingness to take ownership and proactively support students. High emotional intelligence:
Empathy and relationship-building skills for diverse student needs and partner interactions. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule:
Ability to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends. Computer literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems is preferred.
