$75,000

per year with potential to earn a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. *Must reside within 30 miles of Green Bay, Appleton, Fond du Lac, WI* New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Here’s how you’ll make an impact as an Account Executive: As an Account Executive, a typical week might include the following: Strategy and execution.

Identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory, increasing awareness of our online programs in education, healthcare, and business, and driving inquiry generation. Building high-impact partnerships and executing your work through presentations, calls, and emails, adjusting strategies as needed. Partner and influencer.

Providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners through various communication mediums. Promoting GCE’s mission and supporting student success and institutional growth. Heart and Hustle.

Working independently in a remote role with ambitious targets, supporting prospective students through the admissions process, and guiding them towards a successful online learning experience. The role might be right for you if you have: A Bachelor’s degree preferred.

No delinquent or defaulted federal student loans, verified via credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must show current payments. Outstanding time management skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while traveling. Clear communication skills.

Proficiency in explaining concepts verbally and in writing, with strong listening skills. Self-motivation and drive to succeed.

Willingness to volunteer for challenges, take ownership, and make a difference. High emotional intelligence.

Ability to empathize with diverse students and develop partner relationships. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule.

Extensive travel within your territory, some evening and weekend availability required. Computer literacy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools used for work. Bonus points if you have: Relevant industry experience. Experience with CRM tools.
