Role Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships by educating contractors and construction company principals on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new solutions to improve their business. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales record. Knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry, with B2B sales experience preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented. Ability to manage strategic and national accounts. Benefits
