Overview
We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots—between people, platforms, and purpose. As the Brand Experience & Partnership Assistant Manager, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of community events, email and editorial marketing, and brand partnerships. You’ll be a key member of the Content Team, helping bring OLEADA’s voice and vision to life across every touchpoint. What You’ll Do
Community & Brand Partnerships
Support execution of OLEADA Lounge and pop-up events—from planning to on-site logistics Identify and engage with aligned brands, influencers, and organizations for potential collaborations Assist with partnership negotiations, outreach, and follow-up to strengthen ongoing relationships
Email Marketing & Editorial
Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo — experience with Klaviyo is a must Write, edit, and publish Substack content that reflects our brand ethos and engages our growing community Monitor email and editorial performance and implement learnings to continuously improve
Content Collaboration & Brand Consistency
Work cross-functionally with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across social, digital, and IRL channels Support asset development and copywriting for email, digital ads, website, and paid campaigns Help maintain brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all content touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
Creative Strategist with Execution Power 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or digital content, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or mission-driven brands Strong communication skills—both written and visual—with the ability to tell compelling stories across channels Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts with precision and poise Visually Fluent & Data-Literate Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva is a must Comfortable using analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize content performance Able to translate insights into actionable creative strategy People-Person with Brand Instinct A strong sense of what feels on-brand and how to translate that across events, partnerships, and content Enjoys building community, cultivating relationships, and contributing to a shared mission Experience managing cross-functional projects and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders What You’ll Gain
