CDL-A - Regional Van Truckload truck driver at Schneider. Operate as a Regional Van Truckload driver with mostly drop-and-hook freight and high percentage of no-touch shipments. Plan routes with advance dispatch to maximize drive time and minimize downtime. Drive within the Eastern 37 states and maintain safe, compliant operation. Pay and Bonus Potential
Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving). Weekly performance pay. Sign-on bonuses: $6,000 for experienced drivers or $3,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid monthly over the first year. Mileage incentive: potential to increase by $0.02 per mile based on weekly miles and goals. Paid orientation; paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 paid holidays per year. Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay. Paid time off and benefits eligibility consistent with Schneider policy. Home Time
Home time every other week. Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit if interested in company-paid CDL training. HazMat endorsement preferred. Passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities. Benefits
