We are actively growing and seeking a Field Technician (Inspector) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, repairing, and inspecting fixed fire protection systems and their components.
About the Role
The Field Technician (Inspector) will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring proper functionality of fire protection systems and documenting any deficiencies. Responsibilities
Completes services following manufacturer's instructions, codes/standards, and Company policies. Schedules inspections with customers as required. Provides documentation of inspections for Eagle Fire records and customers. Communicates discrepancies and necessary repairs to Eagle Fire and customers. Completes continuing education to maintain certifications and licenses. Works safely using good judgment and following Eagle Fire safety policies. Requirements
4+ years of industry experience. Fire Sprinkler Service/Inspection experience. NICET certification. Able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. What We Offer
