The trainer will plan and execute all educational programs in partnership with the US Training Director elevating brand equity and client experience while supporting Loewe’s commercial priorities. Analyze existing content, identify learning opportunities & create relevant content to address business needs of their respective market. Upskill stores teams on all product categories Execute & reinforce trainings to store managers & client advisors on Loewe client experience, selling techniques, seasonal & permanent product collections, brand history & storytelling. Collaborate with Training Director on the onboarding current onboarding process for new hires to ensure content is relevant & impactful Assist in the localization of any training initiatives launched by the central retail academy team Develop, track & monitor store visits to support key regional initiatives Develop, track & monitor follow-up on in-store trainings Responsible for managing and tracking all e-learning platforms for respective market Develop & develop follow-up on needs analysis & action plans related to mystery shops (CXG) & client experience surveys (NPS) Perform any ad-hoc projects as required by management to support the business Develop & mentor existing store managers in the respective market Develop training tools that will have a positive impact on the region’s clienteling performance & track success by analyzing relevant business KPIs Deliver in store trainings for wholesale accounts for new collections, collaborations & overall brand awareness Partners with the training director to collaborate a ‘one company mindset’ delivering training tools and programs Host, at minimum, quarterly new hire inductions for retail, in person where possible, ensuring timely delivery and follow up to build behaviors, skills and knowledge to support a result driven mindset Assist training director with new store opening trainings to build product, brand, operations, CRM, client experience & VM training Collaborates with training director, local CRM & central CRM teams to deliver and create content that is relevant to the market Qualifications & Skills:

Highly motivated, initiative, and priorities to work. Excellent Communication Skills and ability to build consensus towards common goals. Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong retail background and has a strong passion for educational training. Experience of a multi-channel business model. Efficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & Powerpoint Ability to travel 60+% of time. Strong understanding of the competitive luxury market with the ability to speak to elevated craftsmanship techniques Ability to manager departmental budget contribution & process expense reports in a timely manner Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
