Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role located in NYC or Long Island for a Home Inspector. The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting property inspections, assessing the condition of homes, and reporting their findings. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating the structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other essential components of properties. The Home Inspector will also identify any present or potential issues and provide recommendations based on their findings. Responsibilities

Identify present or potential issues and provide recommendations based on findings. Prepare clear, concise inspection reports detailing observations and recommendations. Qualifications
Licensed NYS Home Inspector in good standing Property inspections and inspection skills Experience in property management New business development and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Relevant certifications and training in home inspection are beneficial Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Employment type
