Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with cloud-based LMS platforms, preferably Docebo. Proven track record in LMS management and instructional design.
Preferred:
2-3 years of experience in training, development, or instructional design. Experience in launching LMS platforms.
Skills and Abilities Needed:
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and instructional design technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Rise 360, Camtasia, Articulate) and educational technology models like SCORM /TinCan/ XAPI. Work Schedule:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department. Details
