Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Ski Patrol team ensures the safety and security of staff and guests on the mountain. Ski Patrol are alert and dependable professionals who promote safety with the ability to remain calm in a crisis when incidents arise. Job Responsibilities
Promote guest safety Assist injured guests on the mountain Maintain trails, including closures, safety materials, avalanche mitigation, and other environmental factors Other duties as assigned Job Requirements
Pass resort Ski Patrol sponsored ski test Must be able to communicate fluently in English Must have excellent guest service skills Must be able to work in inclement weather in a high alpine environment Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions The role requires additional background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania before you can begin work Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $23.73/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 Shift Type: Part Time hours available Housing Availability: No Employee Benefits
