The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at Paseo in Anaheim, California. As a Server, you will have the privilege of representing our restaurant and creating lasting impressions through your exceptional service, making each guest feel valued and satisfied. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
Deliver seamless and personalized service in a fine dining environment
Guide guests through menu selections with expertise and confidence
Present, serve, and clear courses with precision and elegance
Maintain a deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests
Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff
Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
More about you
Minimum of one year in fine dining or luxury hospitality experience required
Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and culinary terms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs
Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
