The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Expeditors to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As an Expeditor, you are responsible for quickly responding to changing needs within the dining room and expediting food from the kitchen to our guests by receiving food ticket orders, sorting them in kitchen stations, and notifying servers when dishes are complete. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings. Pay

What will you do?
Deliver dishes from kitchen to guests with urgency, accuracy, and grace Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating to explain dishes when needed and ensure accuracy of every delivery Communicate clearly and efficiently between the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow Confirm proper seat numbers and coursing for each dish to uphold exacting service standards Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization in expo and service stations Support reset, clearing, and mise en place as needed to ensure seamless transitions Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings to stay informed on menu changes and chef notes Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation More about you
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment Deep knowledge of food, ingredients, plating, and allergens Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and a team-first attitude Available nights, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners. Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds. Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks. Ability to lift to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up. Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift; may include walking up and down stairs.
