Position Overview
The Site Coordinator assists the Production Manager by overseeing job sites, keeping projects on schedule, verifying subcontractors follow plans, managing materials, coordinating inspections, and ensuring clients are informed. The role focuses on field presence, documentation, plan control, and communication, using CompanyCam for photo records and daily logs.
Primary Responsibilities
Site Visits & Oversight: Visit job sites regularly; monitor progress, safety, and quality; report issues to Production Manager.
Plan Control: Ensure current plans are present and used; remove outdated drawings; report discrepancies.
Materials Management: Pick up/deliver materials; verify deliveries; coordinate with suppliers on issues.
Job Layout & Subcontractor Orientation: Assist with layout; orient new subs; confirm readiness and materials.
Client Interaction: Represent company on site; provide updates; relay client feedback to Production Manager.
Inspector & Compliance: Meet inspectors; ensure inspection readiness and documentation; report results.
Documentation (CompanyCam): Maintain daily logs and photo records; tag/organize documentation; provide summaries to Production Manager.
Key Deliverables
Daily logs and tagged photos in CompanyCam (no gaps).
Current plans at all jobsites; outdated sets removed.
Minimal delays from materials, plans, or subs.
Clients feel informed and supported.
Inspections passed on schedule.
Timely updates to Production Manager.
