Treasure Island Hotel & Casino . Responsibilities include: Follow-up directly with guests as needed. Some direct-to-guest telemarketing and e-marketing may also be required. Review status of booked guests to ensure their reservations were input and needs are met. Send guest reservation requests to hosts and Casino Marketing for completion and follow-up. Research and evaluate guest accounts using Players Club and/or other software programs. Research and resolve guest issues effectively and professionally. Protect the confidentiality of Company documents and files under immediate control. Assist e-marketing manager and slot/table hosts as directed. Assist with event re-booking programs during special event registrations. Develop and maintain reports on campaign KPIs. Perform other job-related duties as necessary for the department's success. Qualifications include: 4-year degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or related field (preferred). Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Desire to grow and learn in the casino industry. Experience with or exposure to e-mail marketing tools is a plus. Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration. Professional appearance and demeanor.
