You’ll help create a fresh and welcoming environment in rooms, suites, and other areas of the hotel. Responsibilities
Ensure rooms, suites, and other areas are clean, fresh, and welcoming for guests. Assist guests with requests (e.g., toothbrushes, directions) and provide courteous service. Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and report any repairs or maintenance needs. Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required. Be organized: manage supplies and amenities and minimize waste. Log and reunite lost and found items with owners according to procedures. Maintain a smart appearance and wear the uniform with pride. Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with deep cleaning projects as needed; may include occasional turndown duties. Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure high quality service. May assist with other duties as assigned. What We Need From You
Physical role: you’ll be on your feet most of the day; fitness is important. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and pushing/pulling heavy objects. Ability to bend and kneel to complete activities. Literacy: reading, writing, and basic math skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts across a 7-day period, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. What We Offer
