Overview
Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are expanding in the Savannah, Georgia market, providing home-based services to our clients. As a BCBA at Kids First, you will provide quality supervision to a team of dedicated Behavior Technicians. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, providing in-home ABA services to children aged 3 to 21 years.
Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress with ongoing supervision.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and optimal outcomes.
Supervise RBTs through ongoing meetings, provide feedback, training, and professional development.
Sign off on timesheets weekly and convert notes within 48 hours.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other records as required.
Stay informed about the latest BACB guidelines and advancements in ABA.
Participate in meetings and case conferences to enhance skills and receive clinical leadership support.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Educational Requirements
BCBA certification – Required
Master’s Degree – Required
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Technical proficiencies: program development, data analysis, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision competence – Required
2–3 years of knowledge/experience in case management and telehealth services – Preferred
Central Reach ABA Software experience – Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with team members, parents, and professionals; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
