University of California, Riverside The UCR School of Medicine’s Office of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Examination & Curriculum Mapping Specialist. This position plays a vital role in supporting the School’s academic mission by coordinating and executing curricular and assessment-related activities. Key responsibilities include managing exam and grading platforms, supporting curriculum mapping initiatives, and serving as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical academic data and systems. The full salary range for this position is $66,500 - $118,300 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $92,400 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements. Solid knowledge of health professions education program requirements. Thorough knowledge of health professions education industry. Thorough knowledge of administrative analysis and operations research. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and systems. Demonstrated experience and documented excellence in oral and written communications skills; includes active listening and critical thinking. Strong interpersonal skills. Actively cooperates and supports the work of others. Ability to work productively with anyone regardless of background. Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of educational software and platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze and seek solutions to enhance the user experience. Thorough knowledge of data management, documentation methods used in investigating and presenting findings about the program.
