Owner's Representative
Role at Jobs via Dice, located in Branchburg, NJ. This is a fully onsite, contract position.
Responsibilities
Primary duty is to manage day to day execution of timelines / deadlines for tasks associated to the project.
Coordinate daily activities with client personnel.
Interface daily with client vendors, general contractors, and sub‑contractors.
Monitor and facilitate project assets.
Implement and understand the described construction scope of work.
Understand, identify, and facilitate project milestones.
Assure project safety requirements are in compliance.
Monitor staffing requirements are achieved and meeting expectations.
Manage process and ensure compliance with RFIs, project budgets, and change orders.
Provide assurance that the construction is in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Act as client’s representative for compliance with network design standards.
Provide interface with local jurisdictions.
Provide value engineering of the project to identify potential cost savings and eliminate project delays.
Participate in weekly meetings with client vendors, general contractors, and sub‑contractors.
Review project schedule and sequencing of planned work activities.
Monitor status of MOPs, RFIs, and submittals.
Qualifications Critical facilities experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems is required.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
