Job Description
Primary duty is to manage the day to day execution of timelines / deadlines for tasks associated to the project. We are seeking folks with critical facilities experience rather than telecom specific experience. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems is a must.
Coordinate daily activities with client personnel
Interface daily with client vendors, general contractors, and Sub-Contractors
Monitor and asset in facilitation of projects
Implement and understand the described construction scope of work
Understand, identify, and facilitate project milestones
Assure project safety requirements are in compliance
Monitor staffing requirements are achieved and meeting expectations
Manage process and ensure compliance with RFI's, project budgets, and Change Orders.
Provide assurance that the construction is in compliance with the plans and specifications
Act as Clients representative for compliance with network design standards
Provide interface with local jurisdictions.
Provide value engineering of project ot identify potential cost savings and eliminate project delays
Participate in weekly meetings with client vendors, general contractors, and sub contractors.
Review project schedule and sequencing of planned work activities
Monitor status of MOP's, RFI's and submittals
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
