Opportunity Details:

Provide administrative support to a senior group or executive including answering telephones, handling of correspondence, coordinating calendars, and scheduling meetings, conference calls, luncheons, etc. Maintains detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and logistics.

Serve as principal administrative liaison for all PAGNY assigned projects. Oversee and coordinate the provision of administrative and staff services to the Research Director, Executive Leadership, site investigators, and Sponsors, as required.

IRB submission management of various Hospital report submissions. Management of Federal/State Agency submissions.

Monitor the progress of research activities, develop and maintain records of research activities, and prepares periodic ad hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.

Prepare and collect Clinical trial documents for Sponsors.

Ensure research training for all research personnel on new Research Trials/studies, as required. Participate in presentations, seminars, and conferences related to clinical research.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.

Attention to detail. Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Must be able to prioritize a variety of time sensitive tasks. Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

$45 per hour*
